Well its been a while since I have updated my "Food
for thought page". I felt lead to do so! Its time to share what the Lord is doing around here at Patty Lou's :)
A few months back the Lord shared with me in His word about "Increase to
the Blessing" for 2011 & that He was doing a New Thing in us for the upcoming year. I shared with you all out of
His word.
Isaiah 43:18 (amp),,,,
#18 Do not (earnestly) remember the former things;neither consider
the things of old.
#19, Behold, I am doing a NEW
THING!! now it springs forth;do you not perceive and know it and will you not give heed to it?
I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.
So
this tells me the Lord wants us to know this & to welcome or recieve His words He is speeking to us.
He is doing a New Thing in us and for us not to consider the things of
the old.
I began to seek out the Lord on to what He would have for me & my family. I have a big family,grandkids,grandbabies
(more coming) & we are all so close & love our time together & too, my darling Mother is 84 & I want
her last days here on earth to be sweet & my time with her is so valueable to me. So I ask the Lord to help me balance
my time in all areas, Family,Friends,Church,Doggies & so forth. And, Wow!!!
we have had some change & New things happening around here.
1~
Our church was able to buy some new land & build a new Youth building & we also started a great building prgram for
our Children's department & alot of change in our Ministry started coming as we prayed,,, We are seeing lots
of growth & families walking in the Blessing this year. Its been pretty exciting to be part of it. We are seeing alot
of Increase & alot of Blessings too. "Building Strong Families On the Word is our Passion"!
2~And too, for some time now the Lord has been dealing with me about not breeding
my Shih Tzus any longer. As a good breeder if you do things right & like it should be done it requires alot of time &
work & I did my best to do just that.My Hobby & enjoyment for the doggies became a full time job with the breeding
& having puppies & that is not what I needed or wanted.
But placing my Doggies could have been a very difficult descion for me to do because I love my doggies/puppies
so much & I have truly enjoyed what I was doing. But, when the Lord puts something very strong down on the inside
of you & you began to pray & ask Him for His leading on it,,,It all of the sudden becomes a smooth change & His
Peace comes in. I kept trying to figure it all out & how I was going to do it & then I knew I had to turn it over
to Him & trust Him to help me make the switch & change for me.
I had to start taking steps of Faith and allow Him to lead me because placing my doggies & not being able
to keep ALL of them as just pets would be very hard for me to do . So I went before the Lord & ask Him to help me
& Praise God He has!!
I have learned over the years walking with God & to be lead by the Holy Spirit
& allow Him to lead me. His way is always the best way for our lives & we can rest & know then we are truly in
His hands and He has His best instore for us. Yes, I will miss so many things about breeding the doggies & of course miss
the ones I will need to place into a new home. That part is the hardest part for me to do! But, again I am putting my whole
turst in the Lord to help me. He is Faithful in all things & He is mindful of even the things that mean so much to us
& He makes things perfect!
I encourage you to also press into the New Thing God has for you &
your family too & make changes if you need to. Allowing Him to lead us is a safe palce to be for all of us.
I will
have my website up and going until next summer sometime when I will need to renew my website contract,so I will keep
my info up to date about our doggies here with us. :)
Well,,,
All our puppies are now placed with their new families & we have placed some of our Adults into such wonderful homes with
such great families.. Praise the Lord!!
We have kept
6 doggies here with us to enjoy,love & play with :) I placed all that I could!! I just am way way too attached to them.
So we are keeping the ones that are here & we are so blessed with the set up & room in our home, that the 6 is
here to stay! :)

By the end of 2011 we have seen the Lord work & move for sure.
The first part ofOct our youngest Son got marreid & him & his new wife
will be having our # 8 grandbaby in May. Its a Girl & we are very excited!!
Also, our Ministry has expanded even more! We will be planting/starting a new & fresh work
& Church in Fort Gibson,Ok.
My Husband
& I will travel back & forth at this time & Pastor both Churches(with lots of help along with us). So YES! Increase
did come to us in 2011 & I am so thankful for His leading. We are very excited for 2012. Its going to be another
amazing year!! Seeing more people come to Jesus :) `
