Registration fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

To the best of the seller's knowledge and belief, this puppy is in good sound health, free from symptoms of contagious and infectious diseases at the time of sale. No further health guarantee is made or implied. If the buyer believes this puppy to be sick, the animal should be immediately taken to a veterinarian of the buyer's choice.

A one year after sale Replacement Guarantee is given for any life-threatening congenital disease not common to the brachycephalic breeds that caused said puppy to expire. A notarized Veterinarian Report with findings stating, to a medical certainty, that the death was in fact caused from the prenatal state will be required. Buyers will be required to send the notarized Vet's Report by registered mail along with all of the puppy's medical records. Sellers Veterinarian must confirm and agree with the diagnosis. The Seller will then give buyer a replacement puppy of equal value and the same gender, from the next available litter. Replacement Warranty will be terminated if puppy was found to be abused, neglected, or does not have up to date records of vaccinations and fecal records.

As of the date of delivery, the puppy has received proper vaccinations and de-worming. Buyer has been informed of these.

The seller will assume no shipping costs associated with sale or Replacement Guarantee.

The seller assumes no responsibility for medical expenses, mortality, landlord's disapproval, allergy, or any other undesirable circumstances once the dog has left the seller's premises.

The size a puppy will grow to, as an adult, is only an estimate based on seller's experience and traits recognition. No guarantees are made as to adult size. The seller does not guarantee the color of said dog. Because the breed is normally double-coated, their color may become lighter or darker as they age and grow, and will almost always be lighter if the dog is shaved down, as the undercoat is lighter.

In order to keep this guarantee valid, buyer agrees to have said puppy/dog examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within three (3) business days of the date that the buyer receives and has possession of their new puppy. During the initial exam, should your vet. find this puppy/dog to be a poor health risk due to congenital or hereditary defects that would require further veterinary care, other than required vaccinations, umbilical hernias and /or de-worming, you must contact me immediately. This guarantee does NOT cover minor conditions such as hernias, pinched nostrils, hypoglycemia, coccidian or giardia.

Hernias must be certified by a veterinarian, to be currently life threatening and to have rendered the puppy unfit for purchase, in order for surgical repair reimbursement consideration.

Seller reserves the right of first refusal, should buyer choose to place said puppy. The puppy will be returned to seller at the expense of the buyer. We reserve the right to terminate a contract of sale if the conditions of the contract are not met. If you are no longer able to assume responsibility for your puppy, we will be more than happy to take the puppy back and find a suitable home for it. We do not want any of our babies ending up in a shelter or pound!

Any disputes will be litigated in Muskogee County, Oklahoma State, at the buyer's expense. Guarantee applies to the original buyer only, and is not transferable if puppy is resold.
